Unless your organization has arranged a support agreement with OpenSS7 Corporation, your problem report will
be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Organizations with support
agreements and fixed turn around contracts will be given preference.
Please input the User Name and Password that was provided to you under your support
agreement. If you do not have a support agreement with OpenSS7, you can still
submit problem reports using our anonymous account, just hit login
without changing user name or password fields (but, then you will not be able to
access our sponsor's database, only the default database).
